The Chef
Chef and Owner of Tsp&Tbsp, Blake has more than 10 years of experience in the culinary industry. Growing up in a small mom and pop steakhouse, working his way to running kitchens for some of the largest hotel companies in the US, as well as catering companies around the twin cities.

The Cuisine
Nostalgia is my cuisine. I love creating elevated forms of the foods that I, and many others, have grown up eating. With each client, I hope to serve them their childhood on a plate, and bring back the memories of their family table.

The Menu
I create each menu with the people who dine with me, so they get the uniqueness of a new menu every time. Menus are like the food that I serve, made from scratch and with love.
